GAPSAN TEXTILE started production in 1998 with is 6.000 spindle capacity and a wide range of colour selection of high quality. It is now currently serving the textile industry with is new investments launched between 2001 and 2003, reaching a total capacity of 21.000 spindles . The factory was established in Şanlıurfa, one of the fast developing cities in the South Eastern of Turkey. It holds a high capacity of produce melange ring spun yarns at a scale between Ne 10/1 and Ne 40/1. The marketing and distribution of our products are carried out by the İstanbul based GAPSAN MARKETİNG LTD. company with is young, experienced and dynamic staff. The testing process is performed on regular basis in ur own factory on the Uster Tester 3 system. On basis of Ne 20/1, our capacity is 450 tons permonth.The minimum acceptable order quantity is 50 kgs colour.

    As the raw materials, we use cotton, polyester, acrylic, linen, nep and dyed fibres of such kinds.We mainly produce various combinations of cotton-plyester, cotton-poylester-acrylic, 100% cotton and similar blends.In case we receive any special order demands at various combinations of different fibre productions (such as 80% cotton, 15% acrylic, 5% polyester ), we can surely produce them as well upon request. Apart from this, in accordance with our costumers special demands, we are able to produce anti-bacterial and yarn-dyed colours as desired. In production of 100% cotton melange colours, we use hand-picked Rollerginned Aegean cotton that grows in the Western of Turkey on account of the fact that is has long fibres and high quality. All the raw materials used in the production process are compatible with the Oeko-Teks standart 100. We use top quality materials from the most accredited suppliers for the most satisfying results. We use polyester from SASA, acrylik from AKSA, cotton from the Aegean regions, and nep and fancy fibres from the DE MARTINI BOYART companies.

    The machinery range we have contains the highest and the most updated technology avaible worldwide. For the moment being, we have Rieter, Schlafhorts and Uster Tester 3.
